[Problem Solving] Eliminate the hassle of disassembly cleaning and reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination.

Integration of rubber and plastic! High-adhesion composite parts can be manufactured without using adhesives.

We introduce a case study that eliminates the hassle of disassembly cleaning and reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination due to detachment, using the rubber-plastic cross-linked composite material "Radicalock." Due to the poor adhesive properties of rubber, it is often fixed in place with fittings or screws. This can lead to dirt accumulating in the gaps between the rubber and the base, necessitating disassembly cleaning. However, during this process, parts may fall off and get lost, or foreign matter may be introduced. With our product, it is possible to manufacture composite parts where plastic and rubber are tightly bonded without any gaps. The absence of gaps and the elimination of the need for disassembly significantly enhance the safety and usability of the product. 【Features】 ■ Improved material properties ■ Safety ■ Increased efficiency in maintenance work ■ Improved manufacturing processes ■ Reduction in the number of parts ■ New manufacturing technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Problem Solving] Lightweighting and Power Saving of Products Using Radial Lock

Lightweight rubber components and rationalization of component shapes! Using 'Radicalock(R)', we develop eco-friendly products with excellent maintainability.

We will introduce a case study on how the rubber-plastic cross-linked composite material "Radicalock" is utilized for product lightweighting and energy saving. Parts used for transportation and braking, such as rubber rollers and rubber stoppers, are often bonded to a metal base. However, there is a strong demand to use plastic instead, as metal is heavy and difficult to process into various shapes. With our product, it is possible to manufacture composite parts that firmly bond plastic and rubber. This significantly expands the design possibilities for rubber components. 【Features】 ■ Lightweight ■ Energy saving ■ Rationalization of part shapes ■ Improved maintenance efficiency ■ Reduction in the number of parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
